Mould tool design  

1 ) . We have a professional design team, all the members with more than 10 years of design experience. They are familiar with a variety of software like AutoCAD, UG, Pro/Engineer, and knowns well of various mold structures, as well as the standards of exporting molds in each countries (such as DME, HASCO, MISUMI, MEUSBURGER, FIBRO, etc.). The DFM reports and 2D/3D drawing can be provide within short time. 

2 ) . We have long-term cooperation with different brands of hot runner suppliers such as YUDO, DME, MOLD MASTER, SYNVENTIVE, etc. We also can design mold tool according to the hot runners provided by the customers.

3). We can design mold tools according to the product requirements, such as functioning, surface finish, mold life, machine tonnage, etc. and provide full 3D mold tool drawings confirming with customer, if there are unreasonable places, we will amend and improve promptly to meet customer requirements.
