Project management

1). In order to effectively manage each project and guarantee the delivery date, our project managers will make a detailed production plans for each tools and strictly monitor the production schedule.

2). Every week, customer will received a detailed report together with the pictures for each project, so that customers can have a well understanding about the project status and control the processing progress.

3). We will test the tool firstly by ourselves before admitted T0 trail run date to ensure that there is no big problem when make the first trail run and submit the OK T0 samples to the customer together with the trail run video and inspection report, makes customer to well known the status of the trail run.

4). Before tool shift, the tool will be vacuum packed and all the document shipped with the tool, such as 2D/ 3D drawing, material certificate, heat treatment certificate, parameter sheet, Trail runn video, etc.
